Glenn has been with Billings Funeral Home full time since 1991. He has helped with the funeral home for as long as he can remember. Glenn graduated from Woodward High School in 1984, he attended Oklahoma State University and graduated from the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service in 1990. Glenn and his brother-in-law, Lance Clark purchased the Billings Funeral Home in 2002. Glenn served as President of the Oklahoma Funeral DIrector's Association in 2007, he has served on the Woodward School Board since 2007, he has been a Reserve for the Woodward Police Department since 2011 and has been a member of the DMORT (Disaster Mortuary Response Team) since July of 1995. Glenn has served during the Oklahoma City Murrah Building Bombing in 1995, the KAL Air Crash on Guam in 1997, the Oklahoma City Tornado in 1999, the Del Rio, Texas Floods, World Trade Center Attack on 9/11/01, the Space Shuttle Columbia Crash in February of 2003, Hurricane Katrina and Rita in 2005, and Hurricane Ike in 2008. Glenn has been married to his wonderful wife Linda since 1990 and they have three children, Lucas, Sarah, and Abby.

Timothy Lance Clark, was born in Shattuck, Oklahoma. Lance was reared in Woodward and graduated from Woodward High School in 1989. He was married to Melina Gail Billings in Woodward on October 19, 1991. He graduated from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in 1995 with a Degree in Ecology and Biology and obatined an Associates Degree form the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service in 1998. He has been employed with the Billings Funeral Home since 1997. In April of 2002 Lance and Glenn S. Billings purchased the funeral home.

Lance has been a member of the Woodward Chamber of Commerce and the Northwest Domestic Crisis Center Board. He and his wife Melina have three children, Lane, Chloe, and Anna.
