Thank you so much for the wonderful service you provided. I was on a short vacation when my lovely mother passed and between you and hospice, everything was taken care of. I hope you know what a burden was lifted off my shoulders when I called you and you said "Don't worry, we will take care of everything" And you did! There are not enough "thank yous" to express my gratitude!

Complementing and thanking a funeral home family for the grace and compassion that was shown during the darkest and lowest time in your life - is something that we never hope for it to happen. The Billings family has handled all of our family services and seem to increase (if that is possible) in their grace, caring and dignity in which they handle each individual loved one of ours. When I so unexpectedly lost my 28 year old son, my world felt like it had fallen apart. There was some complexity to handling him as he had passed away in Texas. It was handled amazingly well. I went home each night knowing that the service would be everything I could do to honor him. It was beautiful and showed what a loved young man my son was. The Billings family went above and beyond their call of duty several times and I will never be able to thank them enough. They help make a nightmare, bearable for this broken family. Again - Thanks Glenn and staff - you did amazing.
